Yes, in a sort of way. We offer the help by the normal channels; E-mail, Help Center, Community. But you can also give feedback to our developer team and if they need to contact you to follow up on your feedback, they will do that by email.
The platform origins from Sweden, with a first hand developer team. But who knows where the platform will move too in the future?
Basically Yes, but keep in mind that we approve all the products. If we find a product that we find inappropriate or discriminating, that product won't be allowed on the platform(you will be notified about the reason for denial).
Yes, we use multiple layers of security to ensure your, the customers and platforms safety. The payment gateway is handled by Stripe, one of the strongest & securest payment gateways in the world, we, as a platform, doesn't handle the payment details and/or keep them.
Kind of, we offer a 5 days "setup time", which means that you don't have to pay for your chosen plan, up to 5 days after the approval from the Support Team. During this time, you can check out all the features we offer, fill in all the information you need as a seller and config any custom solution that fits your business.
Technically Yes, it's our open Help Center & community. It is foremost for Vendors of Rivernue.com and controlled by our support team, to help Vendors on the journey with the platform. End customers would not really belong there.
You will see your name in the top left corner of the dashboard, if you click it there are multiple settings, for both your account & vendor information.
Of course you can!
If you belive that your category dosn't exist, you can always request a new category. Then our developer team and support team will investigate if there already is a category where your products fit or if a new category have to be implemented.
